  • different sections and reporting the evolution to the Supply Chain Coordinator, proposing re-dimensioning where necessary;

  • Coordinating communication lines and functional links between the Supply departments and other departments (Finance, Medical and Logistics departments);

  • Ensuring good communication process and satisfactory levels with the projects;

  • Ensuring a smooth-running supply administration and the respect of the implemented supply procedures. Proposing adjustments if needed;

  • Evaluating the HR set-up related to supply (team sizes, JD, organigrams, division of tasks and responsibilities), manages the different supply teams in the coordination and participates in the selection, the follow-up (training-coaching) and evaluation of the staff under his/her supervision;

  • Closely coordinate with IST Supply on order timeliness and procedures during the sourcing process pre-PO to ensure optimal delivery time; Closely coordinate with IST Supply on order timeliness and procedures during the sourcing process pre-PO to ensure optimal delivery time;

  • Represent MSF (Jamtoli project) in APU monthly meetings along with the Supply Co;

  • Ensure compliance with the order chronogram and requests from IST for IMO orders by alerting Medical Coordinator and Pharma in advance of impending deadlines;

  • Be mindful of overstocks and sleeping stocks well in advance of impending medical ruptures or short expiry dates. Physically notify medical of same; 

  • Proactively manage the weekly IR Tracking ensuring requestors monitor as first line of query for an order.  Look for delays that need to be assessed and personally flagged to the requestor;

  • Ensure PO validation table is respected by authorized responsibles;

  • Oversee and support other departments with proper planning for 3-month consumable orders to minimize overstock and sleeping stock;

  • Update staff on a set periodic basis on IR procedures and process;

  • Periodically assess and provide feedback to IST on the IST Supply support;

  • Keep eyes wide open for new ways of working: actions, reactions, impact. Always question what can supply do more of, less of, differently.

  • Salary is not negotiable. Income tax deduction at source will be applicable based on the current income tax rule.

  • Festival bonus entitlement is effective upon completing one (01) year of uninterrupted service with MSF.

  • There are no provisions for relocations.
